Belfast Community Network
July 26, 2022

The BCN’s older adults programme, BASS (Belfast Active Senior Support), provides a weekly community lunch which includes guest speakers and activities, weekly grocery shopping, a holiday programme, and various outings. The programmes build socialisation and support for seniors within our community. The BCN has a wider team of professional staff who are able to support people to ensure that they remain living independently in the community. BASS also have fantastic volunteers who without their commitment we wouldn’t be able to provide the opportunities that we do.

Manchester Unity Welfare Trust Board have supported this essential work over the past several years and we thank them for their commitment to the older people of Belfast.

Please contact our Community Support Worker on 323 9731, 0226392428 or email bass@belfastcommunitynetwork.org.nz for any further information.
